If there is one thing that we all do its going to work. The thing about work especially for people working in an office in front of a computer is this feeling of being cluster phobic, the feeling of being closed up for eight to nine hours in a room having to do task that most people don’t enjoy doing. Most people after work usually travel back to their home where they see to their kids, clean the house and do other daily task. The next day they repeat the same thing. A never ending cycle.
To disconnect and enjoy life better we recommend doing things outdoors after work such as Eating outside surrounded by nature in your garden if you have one and enjoy the sunset and vivid work of art that changes at golden hours as the colors change with the changing shape of the clouds and the sun that sets across the horizon.
Breath Fresh Air - The open space outdoors is important, and the fresh air that comes with it. Yes we know there are problems such as Mosquitos, or perhaps its too hot or too cold. Don't worry solutions.
Mosquito Problem - Mosquitos can be dangerous and can cause Malaria, Skin Swelling and redness but don’t let stop you from enjoying your life outside because we have a simple solution that works better than the slimy smelly mosquito cream or the smoking coil that makes you sneeze and can cause other health issues. We highly recommend using a Mosquito oil based spay which works wonders.
The oil based Mosquito spray works well against all those creepy crawly bugs. We recommend spraying around your area and not on your skin as your skin wont feel slimy and and icky, some Mosquito oil sprays tend to burn the skin and may cause an allergic reaction.
The best thing about doing things outside is that its good for you as you can feel the cool breeze blowing against your face while you browse Facebook on your phone, work on your laptop or simply do whatever it is you do.
Here in Asia the things we enjoy the most after work is the view of the palm trees, the different birds that come to drink water from the pond and the monkeys that come and steal toothpaste, shaving cream and soap from the neighbors bathroom.
In conclusion doing more outdoors not just increases your satisfaction between work and personal life but it gives you freedom to feel content with life. It helps you disconnect from the closed up room and reconnect with something better like the outdoors.
Maintaining this balance is very important to your mental health and wellbeing.
